A light, like a star, moving erratically, stoopng, then shooting off beyond the horizon.
With my sister-in-law we spotted a slowly moving "star" . Thinking it was a satellite, I pointed it out to my companion. We saw it stop and remain motionless for a short time, then start to move in a different direction, then stop again. This went on for a short time with at least five changes in direction at a low speed. Then suddenly the object left, disappearing over the horizon at enormous speed. There was no sense of acceleration-the motion was instantaeous and the light was gone in a few seconds.
