Location details: Was to the west at 2pm, now it's moved slowly east and is almost directly above

Shiny object spotted in sky by coworker

Approximately 2:00 p.m. a co-worker spotted the object to the West since that time it has moved nearly directly above going the opposite direction of the clouds.
As I write this it still is hovering almost directly above slightly to the South.
