Not sure what it is. Flashes green, red, blue, and white. Had to use zoom on my phone so video is grainy.

Saw what looked like a star but it seemed to be flickering. I used my phone to zoom in on it and it appeared to flash green, red, blue and green. I don't know what it is but I have short video.
