Best initial assumption similar to SkyLab in the late 79's but much higher altitude. Sphere was on a specific trajectory, not falling

Sphere was traveling on specific trajectory, not falling toward earth. My Son Daughter & I observed this phenomenon. "Falling Stars" move faster, are larger and brighter. The altitude of this phenomenon was distant, but clearly visible. The weather was Crystal Clear. Suddenly the phenomenon disappeared. All three of us saw this. Day's later my Son commented that he would never forget the sighting. My Son Daughter and Myself do not abuse alcohol or drugs. We are respected in our communities both professionally and privately.
Phenomenon was on a course for 25. 30 seconds and the disappeared.
We all saw it.
