Looking a crescent moon and a weird shaped appeared.

Looking at a crescent moon.
I noticed bright lights coming by - I thought it was a plane but it stopped and is currently hover over what I think is the P&G paper manufacturing plant
In Meshoppen, PA

Still there but moving now.
