Red lighted object with strange movements

On the night of 26th April 2022 Tuesday, I saw a strange red light in the sky. I first thought it is a light coming from any mobile tower and I was thinking when did they build a tower here, then suddenly the light moved backward slightly and came back to its position. I understood there was something hovering over like a drone but it had just one light "red" and its bright light was definitely not like any drone. It was flying far away at a great altitude and was not likely any space stuff but in earth's atmosphere, I think. After 20 seconds or so after when started watching it, I ran to my friend and pointed the object to her and when we were watching it just after 2 sec or so when I pointed towards it, It flew away with the greatest speed I've ever witnessed of any flying object. and vanished behind buildings. It was as if something was spying on me from a great distance. It had a ring-type structure although I couldn't see it clearly I think so. I've attached a similar sketch of it. The light was not blinking and it was only red just like the red light on mobile towers. There are two witnesses me and my friend. I don't know the exact time but it was between 9:30 to 10:00 clock at night. In my area, I've seen many meteors and airplanes but this one was not that and was totally strange and like in total control of something. It identified that I pointed towards it and flew away. I've not seen any drones in my area ever and it was definitely not a drone as you might think. The object was sighted in the southwest sky from my coordinates.
