Cigar shaped craft with three lights blinking in a pattern hovering over new providence and Doris road in Milton GA.

Driving about 50 mph down New Providence Road in Milton I see a cigar shaped craft (hovering still) above the intersection of Doris Rd about 1000-2000 feet above the ground. I saw three visible lights (very stark white almost blue) blinking in 5 second intervals in this pattern (left light, right light, middle light).
