The light has been moving erratically for weeks

I wake very early every morning(2:30 am)I look into western sky and see what looks like a star. It moves sometimes erratically left and right or in a particle circle.I have been watching this for weeks.I must say that it's movements remind me of a new driver.

It's movements have become more erratic over the weeks.It is moving further now when it moves. Some times it moves extremely quick for a moment.I am not sure why I am reporting this but I find it strange and amusing.
