Bright illuminating elongated circular hovercraft 300 ft in the air stationary. No moving no blinking lights glowing stationary craft.

Clear night sky with stars, but an unusual shaped glowing object Illuminated brighter than the stars. Mesmerizing glowing dark/royal blue color the shape of a elongated saucer/surfboard with a slight raised tail or 3D lining . The blue illuminating lights were so bright and entrancing.
