Rectangular craft in Santa Cruz, Bolivia

In 1991, I was in Santa Cruz, Bolivia. I don't recall the exact date--probably June. I was standing on my hotel room balcony, and I observed a dark, rectangular object move silently and fairly slowly across a clear sky.. As I recall, it was either large enough, close enough or low enough that I could clearly make out the corners and sides, so it was without doubt rectangular in shape. It was absolutely silent.
