Characteristics: Lights on object, Changed Colo

Object was spotted several evenings from around 22:00-24:00hrs to the west of Westport, Indiana, hovering in one location over the area of scipio, Indiana. Lights appeared to be consistently red, white and blue and at times seemed to rotate and appear diamond shaped. After a few hours object dissapears. Viewing location was at our home.

Possible helium-filled balloon. Perhaps one of the balloons allegedly launched by DARPA? PD
