Characteristics: Lights on object
Circular light or orb shape thing in the sky. It would blink on and off during a span of a long 8 to 9 seconds. Sometimes it will blink dim, and sometimes really really bright like a shooting star. It would also appear or blink in different spots in a general area, so not in a straight path. I couldn't see the object, other than when it lit up or blinked.
