around 12 pm on 4/16/2019, we witnessed a circular craft rise in the east and went through the clouds leaving a hole where blue sky was observed, as soon as it went through about 20 seconds later the clouds, covered the hole. it was silent and we observed it to be white, like a balloon, until it went up through the clouds at a terrific speed, it took about 5 seconds as it rose over the mountains, until it disappeared through the clouds leaving the hole.
