Bright light in the sky in Mesa area

Around 7:00pm we saw this bright light in the sky that looked like a miniature sun. The light shape and color changed several times. Also the movements were not consistence with known flying objects. The sighting lasted about 25 minutes. The shape got smaller and then looked like a star. I have videos and pictures that proof what I saw.
