A bright white light flashed and then a green light appeared and floated across the sky until it vanished.

A bright white light flashed across the sky and immediately after a glowing green light began hovering directly under the flash. The green light then proceeded to float across the sky and vanished into the distance. The light was moving at a moderate speed and was visible for 6-7 seconds.
