Saw a small orb with a bright blue light shining at plane on takeoff out of Charlotte, NC.

Was on a flight taking off out of Charlotte Douglas en route to Boston, MA. A few minutes into take off (but close to cloud line), I looked out the window and saw a small grey orb with a bright led like blue light moving in the opposite direction of the plane's travel.
