I saw 2 orange lights hovering, with a helicopter somewhat near them. I can say from experience it was not an a/c or fireworks.

I saw two orange lights hovering in the sky with a helicopter somewhat near them. I can say from experience it was not an airplane or any sort of fireworks. The helicopter seemed to be on approach or circling them but I couldn’t tell as I had to turn after the red light turned green.
