Red and green flashing light, most likely over Turkey. Seemed to be studying a violent thunder storm, hovering for 2 minutes, before darting toward the storm.

Changed to flashing white light when next to the storm then dropped really fast towards the ocean.

Yes it occurred on the 17th around 19.55. I have no doubt it was a ufo, I'm amazed and never seen anything like it.
