Fluctuating bright white light in night sky, high up seen from route 147.

Small light in sky that looked like a star at first but then brightened to at least 200% of its size, then back to original size and then brightened again.

We were driving so cannot say the duration of time. Pure white light and no sound. Would love to know if anyone else saw this in night sky!
