Floating bright object

Floating/stationary object in sky. Noticed it while waiting for fireworks. Was extremely bright at first, but it since has slightly adjusted its position and brightness.

Planes/helicopters have flown almost close to it and continue to circle it seems like. Too bright to be a star and too low. It has only moved ever so slightly so it's not a plane or helicopter. Started at 9:15 PM or so
