light appears from nowhere hovers for 10 minutes slowing moving right changes color and then disappears,

i seen a strange light come out of nowhere, it hovered above the interstate, it then changed colors from pale white to bright orange, the event is on videotape and can be found on ((URL deleted)).net in ((name deleted)) research.
