Hovering and then fast moving object, Scottsdale, AZ.

Hovering bright red light in southwest sky then extremely fast moving south to north. Moving in a very straight, smooth line north. Oval shape with tail that had a green light.

This happened south of Camelback and Hayden Roads and moved very fast north. Color may have been light blue or gray.
