Very Bright Orange Triangular Object - No noise.

I walked out on my porch to let the cat in and saw a bright orange object in the southeastern sky. There was no noise and it appeared to be moving at first. It became stationary for a minute or so and then just completely receded. Approximately 20 to 30 seconds later it reappeared briefly and then again just vanished. At the 2nd vanishing there was a small flash of a blueish green light. The shape was similar to an elongated triangle.

I am 68 years old. I am a Realtor and have lived in St Cloud, FL, for 18 years.
