Characteristics: Lights on object, Left a trail, Changed Color, Possible abduction

First nightly sighting at 8:15 pm, high in the western sky by 9:00 pm very close, able to view object plainly with the naked eye. Triangular shape with rounded base, various colored blinking lights. Then object begins to move slowly away in a northwestern direction while remaining low the entire time. We have been unable to photograph the object.

These sightings have been ongoing for the past year, first at a great distance until the past three weeks.
