Mid day clear blue sky two shiny objects hovered lowered then shot up.

Odd shiny reflective cone shaped crafts with appendages off their bottom. 2 crafts, one was closer. It hovered descended and then ascended and vanished fast, both disappeared at the same time, though they were at least a mile apart.

Clear blue skies, I'm sure others saw this event as well.
