I do not believe in UFO's, but this was definately odd.

A bright red light moved left, right, then left, and then faded out. Roughly NNE of Phoenix. I initially thought it was a military aircraft, but the red light was odd.

Being prior Air Force, I thought it might have come from Luke AFB, but no aircraft can move laterally like that.
