two red lights

about 8:14 when outside , in the north east where two red lights . one was higher and to the right of the other . both were hovering .about 5 minutes later ,the one that was higher flashed white and blinked out . theone left hoved and got dimmer and then brighter . after about 5 more minutes the one left flashed white and blinked out .during the event planes were flying into sky harbor airport.
