Triangle craft stops over the top of us and beams a blue light down, for 5 sec or so, and then shoots away.

Me and my dad were building a fire in the backyard at my grandpa's house, i see in the sky coming towards us is a aircraft of some kind, it was triangle and was silent, once it got over he too of us, it just stopped and shined a blue light down on top of us. Just as soon as it appeared and shined the light down, it picked the light up and shot off into the air.
