Fast-moving green lights, turned and were out of sight in fraction of a second.

Green lights seen from vehicle on Route 20. lights moved across road ay high altitude at very fast rate of speed, then made a sharp right turn and accelerated at an "impossible" speed and were out of sight a a mere fraction of a second.
