7 very slowly moving glowing aircraft, close together, traveling from S to N, in night sky in formation of 4, then with 3 behind, in a second formation less symmetrical.

Very bright lights, with some parts blinking similar to a very distant radio tower only moving closer and closer to my location in Bridelmile, Hillsdale, Portland, OR.
