Green travelling orb shot toward house then arced up toward sky. 2 seconds duration MAX

In my kitchen. I turned to get a drink and saw a green tubular light like a travelling orb about the width of a grapefruit, shoot from the bottom end of my garden towards window, then arced upwards and shot toward sky. My garden was in darkness.

The light was not at floor level I would estimate it at 4-5 feet from ground and I saw it travel approximately 14 feet towards kitchen window just before it reached window, it arced upwards.
