NUFORC UFO Sighting 133484

Characteristics: Lights on object

When I got home and looked at pictures I took off the sun setting, I noticed what looked like an orb with lights in it. In the first photo, it appears to be in the sky; in the second photo, it appears to be in the water; in the third, it's in the sky again. There was a small partial rainbow in the sky during the time the photos were taken.
