Very bright object moving slowly with flashing red, blue, green, and yellow lights. ((NUFORC Note: Star "Sirius?" PD))

Very bright object moving slowly with flashing red, blue, green, and yellow lights.

One very bright light in the Southwest sky, first assumed to be a star or planet, however it moved slowly and had flashes of red, blue, green and yellow lights.

I watched for nearly an hour before it disappeared.
