Bright stationary lights in the sky that looked like stars in bright day light

I was driving on the highway from baldwinsville to Syracuse on 690, when to my left at about my 10:00, I saw to very bright lights in the sky that were not moving and looked like stars, despite it being a clear sky bright as can be.
