A bright white light that seemed to go up and 10 minutes later a big blue/green fireball came from the exact place.

I like to float on my back at night and watch the sky. It just so happened that I was watching something that looked different. All of a sudden, it looked like it turned over and had a bright light. It is hard to explain what I saw. Never saw anything like this before.

I asked my friend if they saw that and they said no. I remained in the pool staring at the spot I saw it and it was about 10 minutes later a big blue/green ball with a tail came out of the exact same spot as the light I had saw a few minutes earlier. It was in the east sky.

Sorry it is just hard to explain what I saw.
