Bright light swell, north of Phoenix.

I live in south central Phoenix and was sitting in my house, watching a movie and I noticed a bright blue light coming from the north. It was white-blue and it swelled on and off twice for a little over one second.

I thought it was storming due to the wet pavement, but then I noticed that the sprinklers were on and the sky is clear... What was that?
