Bright red lights moving slowly, that hovered shortly, no noise, then went straight up and disappeared a minute later.

I saw one at 2100 and shortly after saw another one then saw 2 beside each other followed by 2 more then a single one. All were bright red, no noise, came out of the east seemed to hover a short time before going up and disappearing toward the south.

I live just west of Keesler AFB but have never seen this before in the 13 years I have lived here.
