I observed a orange light hovering over near or fireworks were being displayed I thought maybe that's a drone.

I observed a orange light hovering over, or near, the fireworks were being displayed I thought maybe that's a drone but then instantly it started making erratic movements darting away faster and faster once out of sight and headed towards East St. Louis, and heading towards Illinois.
