I was walking my dogs in front of house. I live in rural area out by coast guard station in w Petaluma. I saw a bright light for about 8 seconds. Looked at it a couple times. Looked back and it was gone. Then a plane flew over me, but what I saw was not a plane. It was extremely bright white light in a star shape almost.
