I saw what appeared to be a blue orb or disc shaped UFO streak across the sky, at around 2 am in the morning.

I saw what appeared to be a Blue orb or disc shaped UFO Streak across the sky at around 2 am in the morning. I was outside smoking a cigarette when this happened. This did not appear to be a Meteor and it was in low orbit.
