Huge triangle shaped craft, hovering, inman sc

was traveling with the family, wife, me and son, driving home from viewing Christmas lights, when we noticed a very large object hovering, it was not moving, it was a huge triangle shaped craft [bigger than a football field}, with a very bright white light in front, we turned around on the nearest road, my wife grabbed her camera phone and it did not show up ,when we got back to the hovering location it was gone.

total time to get back was about a minute.

we had a clear view as there were fields and this just vanished that fast.
