White lights that glowed in and out continuously and moved around too.

I observed an object from my window at around 3am on Monday, Dec. 7th, 2015. There were bright lights that glowed in and out and the object stayed there for a good hour and moved around.

I watched it for a while. Then I came back and it had vanished.
