Characteristics: Lights on object
Object moved across sky from north to south. It was bright orange in color.
The shape resembled that of a tire in the sense that the middle of the circle was black/hollow while the "tire" was orange.
It moved smoothly across the sky then appeared to skip or bounce before fading out of distance.
