Fiery ball floating in the sky over Mesa, AZ.

While walking our dog my wife and I seen this fiery flashing ball like object, just floating in the sky and staped flike ring for abut 3 mins, then disappeared.

We were standing in the area of Southern Ave & Stapley Dr in Mesa, AZ & seen the object in the direction NE of there.

It looks like someone posted something similar on 11/24/15 @ same time.
