at 2:30am I looked out my bedroom window and thought I saw a bright star. It began to move in a circular fashion. I got binoculars out but could only see that there were lights on the object. It did not move like a airplane or helicopter moves. It was slow moving and seems to stay in the same vicinity. It was very bright. It was north of my location.
