Walked out on porch and glanced up just to see a lime-green cylinder shaped light appear in the NW skyline, it quickly descended and disappeared!!! My first time seeing such!!

I looked around to see if anyone else was outside as well or if someone was doing fireworks??!! There was No One!! I Am Shocked!! It kind of looked like a "flare" but it was fluorescent Green and Wide??!! We have the Air Force Base here sooo may want to check if they were doing anything??? But… WOW!!!
