unlike anything this sky watcher has seen.

Moving south to northwest. Stopped a few times.made a 90 degree move to west. Bright orange ball. Disappeared and 're appeared twice. I have watched the heavens for 40 years, never have I seen this. Not an airplane, not an airplane, not an airplane.
