Was driving north on 82nd ave. Two bright flashes of light caught my attention to the west. Then the light moved slowly north then back

Was driving north on 82nd ave. Two bright flashes of light caught my attention to the west. Then the light moved slowly north then back south. It was stationary for a few seconds. Then it shot off to the north like a rocket. Lost sight of it in the treeline.
