She called to relay the fact that their office had just received a report from a citizen reporting sighting of 3 orange objects over the Wenatchee River. They were noiseless, approximately 400-500 feet in the air, and moving east.
A power failure, or "glitch," had occured that night, at approximately 1 hour before the telephone call, and within a few miles of the location of the sighting.
