Bright blue circular light travelled east to west across the S.F. Bay at a high rate of speed.

I saw a bright blue circular light travelling across the Bay Area airspace faster than a conventional aircraft. The light moved steadily from above the Alameda/Oakland area towards the S.F./Sausalito area across the Bay.
